Meet the Doctors
Kenneth W. Roberts, D.D.S.
Dr. Ken Roberts is a lifelong resident of southeastern Michigan. Dr. Roberts attended Central Michigan University and the University of Detroit School Of Dentistry, where he was awarded his DDS Degree in 1984. As a strong advocate of post graduate education, Dr. Roberts believes it is very important to be educated on the latest advances and technology in dentistry. He regularly attends dental symposiums and conferences to stay abreast of the latest techniques and changes in the dental field.
Dr. Roberts and his wife, Val started their South Lyon practice together in 1991. For many years, it was truly a family affair. Dr. Roberts worked alongside Val, a Registered Dental Hygienist, and his mother Joanne worked the front desk. Dr. Roberts and Val have two children; a son, Adam, a recent graduate of The University of Michigan and a daughter, Emily, who is studying to become a teacher at Eastern Michigan University.
As an avid sports fan, you may spot Dr. Roberts in Ann Arbor following his favorite Michigan team. A dedicated husband and father he loves to spend time with his family water skiing, snow skiing, golfing, and playing hockey.
Dr. Roberts is passionate about creating a family environment with his office team and patients. The greatest enjoyment of his dental career has been having the opportunity to get to know his patients and their families over the many years. He likes to treat everyone like a part of his extended family, with kindness and compassion.
